TÜV Rheinland on UER projects in China

Extensive internal investigations ongoing

TÜV Rheinland is thoroughly looking into reports of possible irregularities during the auditing of UER projects in China. Following the emergence of the allegations, extensive internal investigations were initiated. These investigations are ongoing. TÜV Rheinland is cooperating with the involved authorities. It is clear that any form of misconduct or negligence related to audits will not be tolerated at TÜV Rheinland and will be sanctioned accordingly.

Irrespective of the outcome of the ongoing investigations, TÜV Rheinland is continuously reviewing its quality assurance and compliance processes to minimise potential risks.
