Risktec Solutions becomes TÜV Rheinland Solutions, expanding access to global technical expertise

New name marks the next stage of integration into TÜV Rheinland, combining Risktec’s specialist risk and safety expertise with broader global capabilities and an expanded portfolio of technical services.

TÜV Rheinland announced that Risktec Solutions has officially changed its legal name to TÜV Rheinland Solutions, marking another important step in the integration of the specialist risk management business into the global TÜV Rheinland organization. In the United States, the operating entity is TUV Rheinland Solutions US, Inc. In Canada, the operating entity is TUV Rheinland Solutions Canada, Ltd.

The transition brings Risktec’s established expertise in risk and safety management closer to TÜV Rheinland’s international network and extensive portfolio of technical services. For clients, it means continuity in the teams, expertise and trusted relationships they know, together with easier access to a broader range of capabilities worldwide.

For more than 25 years, Risktec has supported organizations operating in major hazard industries through consulting, training, specialist resourcing, inspection and technical solutions. As TÜV Rheinland Solutions, these capabilities remain at the core of the business and are now more closely connected with TÜV Rheinland’s global expertise.

The integration creates opportunities to support clients across a wider range of technical, safety, and operational challenges. Organizations working with TUV Rheinland Solutions in sectors where the impact of loss is high will be able to connect more easily with expertise from across the TÜV Rheinland Group, including industrial services, functional safety and cybersecurity, asset integrity, testing and inspection, management systems, and other specialized technical services.

At the same time, TÜV Rheinland customers across North America will gain greater access to TÜV Rheinland Solutions’ specialist risk management capabilities, enabling closer collaboration across industries, projects and service areas.
