TÜV Rheinland Japan Issues Second ISO/IEC 42001 Certification to Uniadex

TÜV Rheinland Japan announced today that it has issued ISO/IEC 42001 certification to Uniadex. This represents the second ISO/IEC 42001 certification issued by TÜV Rheinland Japan.

Certified organization: Uniadex

Scope of certification: Development, delivery, and operation of an internal GAIOps application using generative AI, “Support GAI Chat”.

ISO/IEC 42001 is an international standard that provides a structured framework for establishing, implementing, maintaining, and continually improving AI management systems. As artificial intelligence advances and its use expands across society, the standard supports organizations in managing AI-related risks and strengthening governance, transparency, and ethical practices throughout the AI lifecycle.

By achieving ISO/IEC 42001 certification, Uniadex demonstrates alignment with internationally recognized requirements for responsible AI management, reinforcing trust with customers, partners, and other stakeholders.

Uniadex has long applied strict information governance through unified management rules for knowledge and vendor information accumulated via our support services. Building on this foundation, we developed and operated an internal generative AI application, Support GAI Chat. This initiative was highly evaluated and led to our ISO/IEC 42001 certification.
