TÜV Rheinland Supports Sedex Supply Chain ESG and Due Diligence Workshop in Hong Kong

On May 27, 2025, TÜV Rheinland Greater China, a leading international independent third-party testing, inspection, and certification organisation, proudly participated as a co-organizer of the Sedex Workshop under the theme “Supply Chain ESG and Due Diligence – Responsible Business Operations and Investments.” This marked the first Sedex Workshop held in Hong Kong in 2025, bringing together key stakeholders from finance, academia, and industry to explore the evolving landscape of social and environmental responsibility in global supply chains.

Minnie Mai, Senior Technical Manager at TÜV Rheinland Greater China Customized Service, delivered a technical presentation at the workshop, highlighting how enhanced transparency and structured risk assessment frameworks can reinforce supply chain due diligence practices. By sharing real-world applications and international best practices, TÜV Rheinland aimed to support participants in aligning with evolving ESG legislation and global due diligence standards. The session provided actionable guidance on how businesses can leverage supply chain due diligence not only to ensure compliance but also to strengthen supply chain resilience, operational continuity, and long-term stakeholder trust.
