TÜV Rheinland Joins Hands with SLC to Sign Framework Agreement with Beijing Football Association

TÜV Rheinland, the leading international third-party testing, inspection, and certification organization, recently joined hands with European sports consulting industry leader SLC Management Consulting Co., Ltd. (SLC) to sign a framework agreement with the Beijing Football Association (BFA). The tripartite cooperation will help the BFA to achieve operational management standards in line with international standards.

The BFA is dedicated to becoming a modern and professional football association. This tripartite cooperation, initiated by Yang Haibin, Deputy Director-General of Beijing Sports Bureau and Chairman of BFA, aims to provide BFA with a service quality evaluation and control system that is based on the SLC-owned PAC®-system to ensure quality management and control sustainability. Furthermore, a benchmark analysis with a professional foreign football association is planned, to support the BFA´s objective to achieve the highest international standards in management and operation.

As the strategic partner of TÜV Rheinland in the global sports industry management consulting and market research, SLC's expert team has long been engaged in professional football management, and has deep accumulation and rich experience in this field. Beijing Football Association (hereafter as BFA), established on 31st August 1992, is a non-profit and sports association legal entity approved by the Beijing municipal government. It is the only legal member of Chinese Football Association (CFA) and the member of Beijing Sports Federation.
