South Korea - Radio/EMC/Telecom Approval (KC mark)
Ensure safety and quality of electrical products by KC telecom approval with TÜV Rheinland support
The KC (Korea Certification) mark was developed to protect customers from electrical hazards, by product testing and certification.
The mark indicates compliance with Korea’s product safety requirements for electrical and electronic equipment as well as for components. Any electric or electronic equipment connected to a PC or network, enabling wired or wireless communication, and exceeding 9 kHz with its radio telecommunication function is subject to KC RRA approval.
Upon approval, KC labels are issued to the applicant and affixed to the product.
TÜV Rheinland is recognized by the National Radio Research Agency (RRA) to provide testing services for product suppliers seeking certification.
Partnering with us means short lead times and benefitting from our established working relations with local authorities.
