RWE Innogy plans, builds and operates facilities generating power from renewable energies , including onshore and offshore wind power projects. The company was commissioned to build Nordsee Ost – a major wind farm covering an area of 35 square kilometres. We provided extensive support to safeguard the quality of all 48 wind turbines used at Nordsee Ost. We supervised the production of the main components of each wind turbine.

Then, we monitored the pre-assembly of the components and the assembly of the turbines by the manufacturers and their subcontractors to ensure all specifications and quality standards were met. We also reviewed and coordinated the production documents, such as the test instructions. Finally, we mobilized staff to provide fast and effective testing to ensure the project remained on schedule.
