Job Descriptions

  1. To implement and improve working process improvement to ensure the timely follow up of projects in HH/LUM line;
  2. Proactively contacting customer to explain our general order processing procedure and the essential documents request as well as any other company policies;
  3. To act as contact window to customers after receive quotation from sales, collect required documents, sample;
  4. Handling daily client's inquiries; Well communicate, understand and support customers' demand during order processing;
  5. To improve customer satisfactions of our service by coordinating the project handling process;
  6. Conducting cross-department communication to ensure accurate information exchange between customers' requirements and company updated business information;
  7. Customer information management;
  8. Order creation, update status in database;
  9. Conducting cross-department cooperation to follow up the project lead-time to ensure the project processing smoothly;
  10. Remind clients of their balance payment during our engineering preparation of test report.

Job Requirements

  1. College degree, above 1-3 years working experience is better.
  2. Good knowledge in computer applications.
  3. Good knowledge in written English and spoken English.
