Job Description

 

  • As an Inhouse Consultant/Project Manager (f/m/d) in our new implemented business support team, your goal is the optimization of processes and tools within our business stream mobility.
  • You proactively shape digitalization and future at TÜV Rheinland by facilitating standardization and simplification campaigns. You report directly to the Director of Business Support Mobility and support different subprojects.
  • You access, analyze and optimize processes and identify weaknesses and improvement areas within our business stream mobility with a special focus on order to cash/commercial order processes related processes and systems.
  • In close cooperation with responsible management, you support in delivering proposals on how to improve the customer orientation and business performance.
  • You also support the implementation phase with a professional change management approach.
  • In workshops and trainings, you involve operative experts (“Sachverständige”) in creating solutions.
  • You check local processes against global TÜV Rheinland standards and give guidance on how to change to meeting company best practice.  

 

Experience & Further Qualifications

  • You have successful graduated your Bachelor/Master/Diploma in business administration, business information technology (IT) or equivalent
  • You have already gained relevant work experiences in the consulting business or in a process optimization role (e.g. IT Project Management, Commercial Order Processes, ERP Systems, SAP S/4), ideally in a service industry
  • You have profound project management skills and knowledge in process excellence
  • You are open-minded and love to work in a diverse team and a changing, demanding environment
  • Your German and English (minimum B2) excellent communication skills enable you to quickly getting in touch with new stakeholders, even at management level. A further foreign language is a plus
