Rules of compliance
Unless otherwise specified in the order confirmation or no statement of confirmity is required, the decision rule specified in this page is applicable to all confirmed orders in the same date or the date after of this revison.

For numerical results:
The decision rule for statements of conformity is based on the “Zero Guard Band Rule” and “Simple Acceptance” in accordance to and ILAC-G8:09/2019 and IEC Guide 115:2021, unless otherwise specified in the applied standard or requested by the customer. This means that measurement uncertainty is not taken in account and hence also not declared in the test report.

Statement of conformity are reported as:

  • Pass – the measured value is below the acceptance limit
  • Fail – the measured value is above the acceptance limit
