Validation of Functional Safety in Manufacturing Industry
Workshop
05/06/2020
Cologne
According to the Machinery Directive and the EN ISO 13849 and EN 62061 harmonized standards, machine builders are required to validate their machines.
This also includes the validation of safety technology.
But how to proceed? What needs to be validated? When is a validation completed? And how does a validation have to be documented?
These pragmatic questions will be clarified in this workshop.
In this workshop the theory of validation will be presented, and individual steps of validation will be explained by means of exercises and examples.
This workshop is only available as in-house workshop.
