Shoes and Leather Products

Comfort Guaranteed

Quality and comfort are important factors your customers consider when they purchase leather clothing and shoes. On top of that, they also expect that your company provide toxin-free goods. We carry out chemical audits and quality checks according to national and international norms. Our tests include whether the material is colorfast, rub-proof, and shower proof. We also check the soles of shoes for their durability – ensuring that your customers are best protected against wet feet, even in the worst of weather.

3D-Footscan Analysis

With our 3 D analysis an exact image of the shoe inside or the complete shoe size is provided within a few minutes by means of laser scanning method. A specialized software compares in real time the images with 80 000 3D-measured feet that were available at the time in the database. The second step is a virtual shoe fitting. The system considers body size and body weight simulating the changed behavior of the shoe inside when the feet are put under pressure.

The virtual fitting is your fitting result

The result then is whether the size as indicated by the manufacturer on the shoe or the complete shoe size was correct and how many percent of the measured feet in the database which is continually growing will fit in the shoe. In addition, the database will give valuable information on the shoe width.
