Why TÜV Rheinland Training Services?
Our training process commences with the provision of expert advice in respect to your training needs. Then in a quality learning environment we deliver highly professional training to meet agreed objectives and desired outcomes.
The TÜV Rheinland training system ensures that training is objective and result oriented, with ongoing training evaluation and action plans incorporated to ensure learning is transferred effectively for implementation of their newly developed competencies, skills and techniques in the workplace. This benefits both the participant and the organisation.
The training courses are also designed to ensure we can cover all entry levels from beginners through to advanced courses for directors, senior executives, managers and technicians. No other training provider in Vietnam provides such a certified training program.
Our training approach is based on the fact that “Training is only as good as the Action it Prompts, and Results only come from Action”. To further improve the learning process and retention we adopt a workshop style of training wherever possible to maximize interaction and participation. This has the added value of improving teamwork.
We also include Client options for knowledge and understanding tests as a link to our training evaluation process.
