Management Service Needs Analysis
The objective of MSNA is to enhance or improve results for our Clients through professional consulting, and targets the development of better performance, productivity and quality, or a combination of these.
MSNA assists Clients firstly in effectively identifying areas of operation, business activities or functions, and/or performance or productivity levels, which can be measurably improved.
This can result in:-
(1) The maximization of existing strengths, or identification of additional opportunities in respect to areas of operation, business activities or functions, and/or performance or productivity, which are already considered good or satisfactory; or
(2) Improvement in respect to these by resolving problems or difficulties being experienced, and/or improvement to these where they are below acceptable or satisfactory levels.
The provision of such services are clearly independent, and provided by experienced and professional consultants, backed by more than 130 years of TÜV Rheinland experience and success in the provision of corporate services on a worldwide basis.
“MSNA” can be conducted on a corporate, divisional, departmental or business unit basis. Irrespective it is carried out in a very objective and result oriented manner, in coordination and full cooperation with the Client’s staff, and prioritized to meet Client requirements.
The USD1,500 initial cost of MSNA is fully refundable against subsequent consulting &/or training fees over a six month period from finalization of the MSNA.
