"Due to some unforeseen circumstances, we had to change ISO Registrars right before our Reregistration audit was to take place. In a bind, I contacted TUV and asked if they could quickly provide a quote. They responded quickly with a simpleform that we needed to fill out and with in a day or two we had an acceptable quote.

We also had to have a commitment from TUV that they could audit our facilities within a very short time frame which they were able to commit to. Overall I was very please with the customer service and the audit TUV provided. I would recommend them to any company looking for an ISO 9001 Registrar. "
