S-Mark
The S-Mark product certification is mandatory according to Resolution 92/98 of the Argentinean government for all electrical and electronic products with a nominal supply voltage in excess of 50V. The test standards used in Argentina are IEC-based.

NOM Mark
The Mark indicates compliance of electronic appliances such as IT and Audio/Video Equipment with NOM (Normas Oficiales Mexicanas) standards for safety. TUV Rheinland of North America, Inc. has a bilateral agreement with a Mexican laboratory accredited by Sistema Nacional de Acreditamiento de Laboratorios de Pruebas (SINALP) to evaluate products against Mexican standards.
NOM ANCE Mark
The Mark indicates compliance of electrical appliances such as Household Appliances with NOM (Normas Oficiales Mexicanas) standards for safety. TUV Rheinland of North America, Inc. has a bilateral agreement with a Mexican laboratory accredited by Sistema Nacional de Acreditamiento de Laboratorios de Pruebas (SINALP) to evaluate products against Mexican standards.
