Our services include virtual testing, necessary international approvals, usability and quality testing, evaluation of suppliers, supervision of shipping procedures and the web-based communication platform TUVdotCOM.

An integrated part of LifeCycle Management is our Brand Protection Service – a comprehensive, holistic approach to combating product piracy and securing a brand's entire supply chain.

Design

Virtual testing evaluates products while they are still in the design phase. Usability, durability, recycles – ability (e.g. quantification of harmful substances) and Brand Protection features have to be assessed before production to achieve optimal results.

Conformity Assessment

Through simulated aging, we provide all necessary safety, usability and functionality certificates for a product. We also check for compliance to international standards and identify potential flaws.

Recycling

Once a product reaches the end of its lifecycle, the recycle receives instructions from our database for carrying out the recycling process. All information will be documented by TUVdotCOM.

Consumer trust will be affirmed because the authenticity of all products can be checked on our website. An excellent tool for marketing activities.

Purchasing

The brand owner has access to our system's Track and Trace functionality 24 hours a day and receives report about the current status of the product whenever requested.

Customs

Even without particular product knowledge and technical devices, customs officials can easily distinguish between counterfeit and genuine products.

Production

We supervise manufacturers' overall production processes by ascertaining the quality of goods, optimizing internal processes and evaluating security management systems.

Shipment

Before shipping, the authenticity of goods can be verified via our Brand Protection System. We conduct a final quality check and supervise the handling of products.

Sourcing

As an accredited certification body, we conduct risk and quality assessments to examine conformity with international quality and social accountability standards (e.g. no child labor) and enhance human resources through education services.
