Argentina
The Argentine law requires that, those products that might represent a potential risk to the end-user, demonstrate completion of the essential safety requirements before placing the products at the market. Thus, the manufacturer, importer, distributor, retailer or wholesaler of the product must prove compliance with the requirements by means of a Certificate issued by an Accredited and recognised Certification Body in Argentina.
