Investor Project Supervision

For most projects, the authority which issues the permit requires the Project Owner to appoint an Investor Project Supervision Inspector(s) (Construction Law, art. 25 and art. 26).

Our Inspectors will inspect individual sectors to ensure the highest quality of the works and their timely implementation in accordance with the agreed schedule. Regular inspection reports from the construction site will identify jeopardized deadlines and help find ways to make up for delays. We will identify any defects along with detailed photographic documentation. Our reports are an efficient tool used to promptly discipline subcontractors. Furthermore, our comprehensive reports allow the Investor to monitor the progress of works on the construction site with a minimum involvement of its project management personnel whose role is limited to supervision and releasing payments.
