Investments Supervisions

Services rendered with regard to investor’s supervision:

1. Supervision on behalf of the investor over:

• construction of a power station and production of elements
• building of pipelines systems and technological equipment in chemical, petrochemical, power industry as well as production of elements
• production and delivery of steel construction of any type
• construction of production systems
• construction of single devices or their groups
• performance of tasks executed by General Contractor or General Project Director
• supply of materials (including collection at the producer or storehouse)

2. Supervision can be performed:

• at the building site of the investor
• at the device and equipment producers
• in companies dealing with prefabrication of pipelines and steel construction
• in companies producing materials

The above mentioned companies can be located in the whole of Poland and abroad.
3. Supervision is documented by means of reports containing :

• results of checks of certificates of execution companies and their staff
• technical evaluation of execution potential of the producer
• delivery status of the execution documentation
• delivery status of the material orders and material deliveries
• conformity of the execution with schedules and evaluation of a potential risk level in case of delays
• delivery status of the preparation of foreseen studies
• evaluation of quality of the performed works
• photos documenting the above assessments.
