Valves
Your German customers expect that your products to fulfil the German requirements. Valve Bodies are widely used plants, particularly of the chemical industry. In Germany, those valves are classified according to the German pressure vessel order as "special pressure vessels" and have to fulfil requirements the TRB 801, No.45 (TRB = German technical rules for pressure vessels).

Testing of Valve Bodies
Materials used for Valve Bodies must meet the requirements of the German pressure vessel code (AD-Merkblätter, series W). Other materials can be used if they have the necessary material certificates after suitability testing.
TÜV Rheinland has authorized inspectors in Japan. TÜV Rheinland Japan Ltd. can perform all necessary inspections at your site.
