Induction Training
Good induction training lays the foundations for a successful career. We train young people for a successful start to working life.
Traineeships for young people
We train young people in modern occupations for companies and public contractors such as employment agencies or joint ventures. At present we offer industry-wide traineeships in 57 commercial, technical and sales occupations as well as service occupations.
Our private schools stand out for the excellent quality of training that they provide and for the extremely high number of our graduates that are placed in their first job - often even worldwide.
Industry-wide training for succession management
Many companies are unable to provide all of the content required by law because of their size or their level of spezialization or they are afraid of the expense, personnel and time required for on-the-job training. TÜV Rheinland Akademie offers these companies the opportunity to provide specialist training industry-wide.
Shared training
This type of training is tailored to the needs of the individual companies with tailor-made content. Parts of the training are "outsourced" from the company and are conducted at the TÜV Rheinland Akademie with the latest technology and highly qualified teaching staff.
Cooperation training
TÜV Rheinland Akademie is itself a training and apprenticeship facility at which trainees spend 18 out of a total of 36 or 42 months of their training. The remaining time is spent working directly for joint ventures. Based on the qualifications awarded at TÜV Rheinland Akademie, our cooperation partners take on trainees who have already obtained important knowledge and skills.
Awarding additional qualifications
TÜV Rheinland Akademie has developed a comprehensive module program so that training companies can systematically and specifically expand the professional areas of application of their trainees. As a result, companies can choose according to the company's needs. Additional modules are offered in areas including welding, operating licenses, CNC, electrical engineering, IT and communication.
