1. Global Key Account Manager

The incumbent will be responsible for leading, developing and coordinating the account of Samsung/LG on a regional scale and support Global Key Account Manager. SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Analysis order incoming/sales/forecast analysis Key Account’s services and certification type used in order to find out other certification needs.
  • Document requirements, and act as central contact window for Key Account.
  • Authorization to determine the project priority and lead-time
  • Provide Key Account with project status report regularly.
  • Nomination and form local Key Account Team in coordination with Regional Business Field Managers.
  • Determine Local Key Account Manager’s Job Profile in alignment with Regional Key Account Manager and Local Business Field Manager.
  • Ensure flow of communication top down and bottom up (internally).
  • Proactive participation on work flow establishment and support towards Global Key Account Manager. (Deputy of Global Key Account Manager)
  • Ensure close cooperation to regional account offices and set up meetings respectively if needed.
  • Send notification and reminding for standard update.
