Sales Representative (ISO, Medical)
Sales representative participates in a team-selling environment and where works on assigned named accounts or local accounts in each territory. In this capacity, the sales representative will indentify and qualify opportunities to support the execution of the account strategy and focus on the generation of targeted product revenue. In addition, the sales representative will be measured by their reference ability and customer satisfaction levels. In addition to working through existing TÜV Rheinland engineers in the installed base space, the incumbent is expected to pursue net new opportunities elsewhere.

Responsibility:
Focused selling of TÜV Rheinland services - in partnership with TÜV Rheinland engineers, this involves the sale of services centered around TÜV Rheinland's business streams, i.e. industry service, mobility, products, life care, training and consulting systems
1. Relationship management
- Building strong customer relationships with the successful execution of sales.
- Facilitate customer satisfaction through the proper development of the appropriate TÜV Rheinland resources to successfully execute sales.
- Attend and participate in customer team meeting and communicate regularly with engineers to ensure customer satisfaction.
2. Opportunity management
- Identify, pursue and close slaes opportunities through the successful execution of sales.
- Position TÜV Rheinland to win sales opportunities by executing and communicating effectively selling strategies.
- Routinely discuss and communicate business strategy with members of the sales team
- Maintain an accurate and documented sales pipelines of opportunities (prospects and suspects) and provide appropriate comminication of such to TÜV Rheinland management.
- Continuously gather knowledge of competitors and how to effectively positionTÜV Rheinland services against them.
3. Administrative management
- Provide accurate and timely updates to the sales forecast pipeline system on an ongoing basis.
- Comply with all TÜV Rheinland personel, sales, proposal and contract policies.
- Comply in a timely manner with all time sheet, travel and expanse policies.
- Maintain appropriate levels of involvement in customer issues requiring resolution, including invoices for services and certification fees, maintenance, consulting.
4. Knowledge management
- Strong product knowledge of our services.
- Able to explain to our potential customer's business value of an investment.
5. Others:
- Develop and drive account strategy
- Consolidate and regularly update account plans.
- Define and plan responsibilities and targets in relationship with the customers and establish trusted advisory relationships with executives across all areas in each account
- Build up and lead account teams
- Monitor customer engagement activities of the assign accounts and review account management practices
- Maintain an accurate and timely pipeline of opportunities
Qualification:
- 3~5 years in the engineering industry, minimum 3 years of sales experience
- Working at the regional/sub regional in a plus
- Has sold direct & indirect
- Effecitve in both large and small deals
- Strong selling & negotiation skills
- Sufficient territory planning ability to identify & prioritize opportunities
- Univiersity degree
- Good interpersonal and organization skill
- Customer centric attitude
- Very fluent in both spoken and written english
Salary/Rate:
Excellent package depending on experience and qualification
