Investigation:
The TUV Rheinland Group offers investigation services to help you uncover any anti-counterfeit activities. Our partners conduct thorough investigations to determine as much information as possible- through basic mystery shopping right through to full scale multi-national investigations. Our own internal team takes the raw data provided and conducts further analysis finally creating a complete document with results and professional recommendations based on the current situation and our extensive industry experience.
Supply Chain Security Management:
Focusing on the supply chain, analysis is undertaken to ensure that counterfeit goods cannot be introduced into the distribution network and authentic goods are not diverted away from their intended destination. Focusing on such aspects as product packaging, carrier contracts, freight forwarding and specific geographical risks, an analysis is conducted to expose any weaknesses. The consulting team then analyses the findings to create a detailed defense strategy and action plans to ensure an impenetrable supply chain.
Information Security Assessment:
Our information security assessment service is used to determine any weaknesses in the organization. The weaknesses are identified via thorough analysis of current controls, policies and processes. To ensure that the analysis is as useful as possible to the organization, we once again analyze findings to suggest recommendations. To offer the most beneficial consultation program, we continue to offer support after the strategy has been implemented. Once the initial strategy is underway, we will undertake spot checks and follow-up programs to ensure maximum efficiency and protection.
