"What is certification? Why certification is needed?"
"I started my career as a circuit designer for manufacturing company. When doing circuit design work, there were critical things to consider including conflicts between customer’s needs and safety standard. Customer always want small size product with a low cost, however, safety standard such as safety distance and temperature limits to fulfill customer's high expectation. It was difficult to balance between these two different needs. I used to believe that safety standard was a troublesome thing. But, as I stuck up my career in this field, I experienced many invisible critical hazards and realized that safety standard is the minimum guideline for the product safety. So when I had a chance to join TÜV Rheinland Korea, I was very happy that I could extend and develop my career further.
