Material Testing
Technical development creates a comfortable life meeting different needs of people. However, it is important to remember that various chemicals also have been used in the manufacture of most products. Unfortunately, many of these chemicals are toxic. They can enter the human body and affect a person's health through skin, inhalation or ingestion.
In order to protect consumers from these hazardous substances in products, authorities all over the world request manufacturers as well as distributors to follow relevant laws and regulations if they would like to import products in their local markets. This applies to products which have direct contact with human bodies or food, such as clothes, shoes and food containers. Official reports or related certificates / safety marks (e.g. TOXPROOF or SG) issued by accredited chemical laboratories are required for products in order to be imported to European market.
