Beef Labelling

Increased safety and quality awareness among consumers has made it extremely important to be able to trace and provide proof of origin for cattle. As a testing institute accredited by the German Federal Agency for Food and Agriculture (BLE), Luxcontrol GmbH oversees and controls labelling systems (e.g. Orgainvent) for beef and beef products to meet the requirements of EC Regulation no.:1760/2000.
