Business Center for Far East Market Access (FEMAC)
The FEMAC Business Center provides office facilities and bilingual administrative services for foreign companies entering the Japanese market. All our offices are bright and attractive, fully furnished and equipped with telephones. Plug in your laptop, and you’re in business.

Situated in Shin-Yokohama, a vibrant business district in the port city of Yokohama, within easy travel of Tokyo. The Business Center is part of TÜV Rheinland Japan Ltd., a subsidiary of TÜV Rheinland Group(Cologne, Germany). - Bilingual Secretary
Bilingual administrative services add convenience and professionalism to our office environment. Our aim is to support you in every way to ensure your quick, smooth, successful start-up in Japan.
We also accept representative offices (companies that are not yet incorporated in Japan) as tenants.

Reception answers the phone in the name of your company, handles your incoming and outgoing mail, arranges business travel and provides coffee service at meetings. Other services on request.

- 3 meeting rooms - including one room equipped with a computer and a large plasma screen (62.5 cm x 100 cm / 24” x 43”)
Tenants can also access TUV Rheinland’s facilities, like video conferencing, audio conferencing system and projector.
Offices are furnished with a desk, office chair, wardrobe, file cabinet and IP telephone. The number of furnishings depends on the size of the office. Each office has two telephone lines.

Office Types and Rent
Offices at the FEMAC Business Center are available in three sizes:
- 15 m² , for one or two persons 220,000. - JPY per month*
- 18 m² , for one to three persons 270,000. - JPY per month*
- 23 m² , for two to four persons 350,000. - JPY per month*
*Plus VAT.
FEMAC Business Center charges a deposit of two months’ rent and an additional telephone deposit of 100,000. - JPY, both fully refundable.
No key money or other commissions are required.
Our leases run for 2 years but are terminable with 6 months’ notice at any time. Leases can also be extended without additional charge.
