Eco Hotel Closing Ceremony, Hotel Ayana Resort & Spa, Bali, was the chosen location on 7th November 2011 where the Eco-Hotel & Resort Management System (EHRMS) by TUV RHEINLAND was introduced to existing and future Hotel Customers. (Press Release)
Eco-Hotel Handover Ceremony - Aerowisata Group
The highlight of this week is the Hand-Over Ceremony of Eco-Hotel Certification for Aerowisata Group. Aerowisata, sister company of Garuda Indonesia, is the first hotel group which is going for Eco-Hotel (EHRMS) certification in 5 of their hotels. The ceremony has taken place in Hotel Sanur Beach, Bali, on 15th of November 2011. The Aerowisata hotel group is expanding strongly and has committed to include more hotels in their EHRMS group certification scheme in the future, in line with their strategy to attract overseas customers.

TUV Rheinland Indonesia becomes member of Green Building Council Indonesia
Per September 2010, TUV Rheinland Indonesia becomes member of Green Building Council Indonesia as the form of their concern in environmental issues. Green Building Council Indonesia is a non-profit and non-governmental organization aims to encourage the development of green and sustainable building and environmental concept in Indonesia. The “Green Building” concept emphasizes correct building development without damaging the environment and improves our natural condition for future generations. TUV Rheinland Indonesia will participate in seminars, trainings, and other activities held by GBCI regarding green building concept.

TUV-BPPT Workshop : Framework of UN ECE to Automotive Industries
TUV Rheinland Indonesia in coordination with BPPT (Badan Pengkajian dan Penerapan Teknologi) held a workshop named “Framework of UN ECE to Automotive Industries” on November 24. At Asian Pacific Economic Committee (APEC) forum, members of United Nations Economic Commission for Europe (UN ECE), has decided to harmonize its country automotive regulation with the UN ECE international regulation. As one of the member, Indonesia needs to do the harmonization process.
