Acoustic noise testing
Indication of acoustic noise emission values
Manufacturers or importers of listed products shall indicate the level of the emitted acoustic noise on their products. This value may also be given in the accompanying documentation (Quality Certificate, User's Manual, Service Manual, etc.).
The noise level given by the manufacturer/importer shall be confirmed by a test report on noise testing carried out by a competent laboratory according to relevant international requirements. MEEI Ltd., as a designated laboratory checks the existence of the noise level indication, and verifies the stated value.
