Audits of Metropolitan and Suburban Train Systems
Train Safety Above and Below Ground
Metro and suburban train systems are responsible for transporting millions of people to their destination, safe and on time. In order to have a smooth and efficient system, vehicles and systems need to operate effectively. TÜV Rheinland experts conduct assessments and audits of train systems while construction and during operation. We thoroughly assess both above and underground rail systems, individual trains, components and tunnel construction sites. We evaluate safety concepts and also provide approval and certification of vehicles.
