Karl-Heinz Stappert

Principal Consultant, TÜV Rheinland InterTraffic GmbH

Mr. Karl-Heinz Stappert is responsible for the Global Business Field on Intelligent Transport Systems within the TÜV Rheinland Group. He has experience in numerous urban and regional transport studies and road infrastructure planning projects. In addition, he has worked intensively in toll system procurement projects including all phases from basic definition of concepts, specification, tender procedures to implementation and monitoring of toll systems.

Michael Olberding

Principal Consultant, TÜV Rheinland InterTraffic GmbH

Mr. Olberding is now the responsible authorized manager of the TÜV Rheinland InterTraffic team for Transport Telematics and System Technology. He has extensive experience of managing international ITS Projects and is used to interact and moderate with the various necessary interdisciplinary teams of economical, legal and technical experts.

Ms. Murtha is the ITS Business Development Executive for TÜV Rheinland North America.
