More Information
The data to support a standard welding procedure specification is derived from procedure qualification records (PQRs) generated by the Welding Procedures Committee of the Welding Research Council (WRC), and from PQRs received from industry and government agencies.
Welding procedure specifications (WPS) documents describe how welding should be carried out in production. They are recommended for all welding operations, and many application codes and standards make them mandatory.
