People talk - and talks move fast. So when someone discovers a handy, user-friendly new product, it rarely takes long before every friend, relative, neighbour and colleague hears about it. We're here to put your product to the test - the usability test. Following our standardised guidelines, a consumer group tries out your product and ranks its strengths and weaknesses. We then run objective usability tests in our own laboratories, comparing the results to those of similar products. Our Usability Tests
After running our consumer tests and comparisons, we perform a graphic analysis and document the results in a test report. Consumer statements and possible deviations form the basis for further product improvement. Upon passing our test, user-friendly products receive our TÜVdotCOM seal of approval. Individual qualities are noted, for example "user-tested" and "easy-to-use."
