Since our inception, we have been developing safe and sustainable solutions for the challenges arising from the interaction between man, the environment and technology.
TUV Rheinland India, a subsidiary of TÜV Rheinland Group, Germany, commenced its operations in India in the year 1996 with local headquarters at Bangalore. We have a nationwide presence with 23 locations spread over 18 cities in India, employing over 400 highly skilled professionals.
India is one of the fastest growing economies in the world, with a sustained growth of approximately 8% in the previous years.
Being a prominent service provider in the Technical, Inspection and Certification Industry (TIC), we provide state of art testing facilities, certification services to our customers in India & the SAARC countries. In India, we have the most advanced testing capabilities, including the Photovoltaic, Material & food testing laboratories in Bangalore, Product Safety Laboratories in Bangalore and New Delhi. We also have our own welding institute which offers vocational training programs for the welders. In order to meet international standards such customized offerings add to our service portfolio that caters to both the buoyant export market as well as the increasing domestic market. This gives us the competitive edge to be a one-stop shop for all services regarding testing, inspection and certification.
We are setting up new facilities in the field of Softlines & Electronics testing in Northern part of India, to cater to the growing demand and also to focus on the geographical expansion with a view “Be where the customer wants us to be”.
