Your risk manager will advise you in all areas of operational safety management, or OSM. In workshops together with your own specialists, they develop process-oriented solutions. Our expert will identify areas for improvement and, after checking with you, incorporate them into the plans. The focus is on practicability, efficiency, and minimizing risk. The approved plans are then documented in an online management system. From there, the quality management system (QMS) can integrate the strategies into the fabric of your operation. Additionally, the data bank keeps the whole staff informed of the ins and outs of operational safety.
