- Employee hotline with set consultation times: the crisis hotline gives employees the opportunity to talk to their allocated counselor so they can initiate the appropriate steps to cope and deal with their problems.
- Telephone counseling in addition to employee hotline: employees will also be given the opportunity to arrange an appointment for telephone counseling outside of consultation hours.
