Our Approach

When you appoint us to test the aptitude of an employee for a specific job, we first need further information about the job and its tasks for a differentiated evaluation - for example, a job description. After we arrange an appointment by telephone, we conduct the check-up for your employee in an occupational health center in your area. Please note that your employee cannot be forced to take the part in the test. Upon completion of the test, we can draft an assessment of skills.

Scope

The aptitude test is an occupational health examination, which compares the requirements of the task at hand with your employees’ skills. Besides the actual test, you also receive a prediction of whether the employee is fully up to fulfilling their tasks.
