TÜV Rheinland’s STAR* service can help you on the road to business excellence. This new and comprehensive approach evaluates every dimension of your company – from corporate governance to risk management, through to whether your processes are sustainable. The benefit for you is that you are free to specify the main focus of the rating. For example, you can select corporate social responsibility as the most important aspect of your company’s assessment.

Our Rating System
As a neutral partner, we can assess nine different dimensions in your company – from corporate governance to occupational health and safety, information security through to your conduct towards business partners or competitors. In each dimension, you can be awarded a maximum of five stars for excellent performance.

Fields of activity are assessed on the basis of the following criteria:
- Systematic management approach
- Incorporation and risk minimization in the supply chain
- Management through a key performance indicator (KPI) system
- Communication with stakeholders
