Developed by the British Retail Consortium (BRC), the association that protects the interests of British retailers, the BRC Global Standard states clearly defined requirements for food safety. These include implementation of HACCP standards, well-documented quality management systems, and monitoring of hygienic conditions. Almost all UK retailers expect their suppliers be BRC certified. We offer a one-stop service and certify food manufacturers in line with the BRC Global Standard for food. And for manufacturers of packaging materials, we provide certification in compliance with the BRC Global Standard for packaging.

Five Steps To Better Quality Of Life

Our experts come with the necessary experience and intuition to analyze and assess your processes and systems. They proceed in five steps.

1. Preliminary audit (optional)

Our auditors conduct a preliminary audit to determine whether any requirements associated with this safety standard have already been implemented in your company and, if so, which ones.

2. Examination of documentation

The auditing team determines the extent to which your management system documentation already concurs with BRC standards.

3. Audit

You demonstrate practical application of your management system, and our auditors test how effective it is.

4. Issue of certificate

If your company meets all of the criteria, your company is then awarded the certificate, showing the compliance of your food safety system with the requirements.

5. Certification renewal

After three years, the audit is repeated for certification renewal. This ensures continued improvement in your processes and also documents to partners and customers your long-term commitment to food safety.
