Our Services for Socially Acceptable Severance Management
Group Outplacement: Continued Employment until Expiry of Period of Notice
If you can and want to employ your staff until the expiry of the notice, why not take advantage of transition services in accordance with in accordance with the social security code (§ 216 a of Sozialgesetzbuch, or SGB III). We can guide your employees through intensive coaching and help them with placement. The goal: to find a new labor contract prior to expiry of the notice period. At the same time, our services also ensure that your best employees manage their corporate responsibilities as planned until the end of their period of notice or can conduct their handover in a structured manner. The term of the transition agency averages between three and six months. The costs of implementing the transition agency are borne at 50%, if all conditions are met. Per participant, the maximum reimbursement rate is €2,500.
Group Outplacement: Immediate Transitions through a Transition Company
Are you unable to employ your personnel until the end of their period of notice? Then take advantage of transition services in accordance with the social security code (§ 216 b of Sozialgesetzbuch, or SGB III). We can take responsibility for setting up a transition company. With a so-called tripartite agreement, all labor contracts are dissolved by agreement, and your former employees get secure, fixed-term employment with our transition company. Duration: 12 months maximum. This clean break gives all parties sound legal security and maintains a peaceful business climate in your company. The transition company ensures ongoing employment status and takes care of those affected with individualized outplacement services. The objective: placement in the labor market.
Individual Outplacement
In individual outplacement, we offer professional support for your employees to help them find new positions or to set up their own business. In close cooperation and an atmosphere of confidence, our personnel advisor analyzes your job seeker’s potential and draws up a career pathway plan. The service is divided into three phases: analysis, strategy, and repositioning.
