Outline of the 5-Phase Check

Before construction starts, our experts review your planning documents and point out critical issues, such as deviations from recognized engineering practices. In the following phases, we conduct random checks of construction components and the work performed by the trades that are decisive in the given construction phase. At each milestone you receive a report, complete with photographic documentation, informing you of any errors in implementation and of the elimination of defects – from the start of construction to completion of the property.
