Communication and coordination between the various locations and customer-focused service delivery are essential in a service company. To minimize the negative impact of travel on the environment, we increasingly rely on new ways of communication, such as virtual conferences.

Business travel

Our employees travel a lot – on sales trips, to process orders on customers’ premises or to work with colleagues on other sites. Ecological targets to reduce business trips or use modes of transport that are less harmful to the environment are therefore integrated into the travel management as well as the corporate travel policy. Our most important task is to lower the number of long-haul flights. We plan to achieve this with the increased use of video conferencing.
