A responsible employer
As an international service provider, TÜV Rheinland is aware of its responsibility to ensure quality and safety. That is why we signed the Global Compact of the United Nations in 2006. This international network is a powerful advocate of human rights, basic labour rights and environmental protection and is heavily involved in the fight against corruption.
Exemplary HR management
Each year, the CRF Institute identifies the pioneers of HR management on the basis of international standards. In 2010, TÜV Rheinland once again received the title of “Top Employer” as part of this study.
Top employer of engineers
In 2009/2010, TÜV Rheinland retained its place as one of the frontrunners as the most popular employer for engineers: in the latest graduate barometer conducted by the trendence research institute, TÜV Rheinland came in at number 54.
Strong employer branding
The consultancy company Universum undertakes regular investigations of employer branding activities. In the 2010 "German Professional Survey", TÜV Rheinland achieved place 27 among the most popular employers in the field of engineering.
Popular with employees too
The internet platform kununu allows people to anonymously assess their employers. TÜV Rheinland employees have given us such a positive rating that we have been recognised by kununu as a “Top Company”.
