Telecommunication Law
An important theme for you as a supplier of telecommunication services with time-, volume- and distance-dependent accounting.
It is your responsibility to submit once a year a test certificate - issued by a neutral third party - to the Federal Network Agency. This inspection must confirm the accounting precision and the correct invoicing of your company to your customers.
This procedure is legally defined in the Telecommunication Customer Protection Ordinance (TKV) § 5, which is adapted by the Telecommunication Law (TKG) § 45g.
