Teamwork is healthy

The industrial psychologists from TÃœV Rheinland Group offer seminars on team development aimed at achieving a good working atmosphere and effective co-operation between staff members within the company. The aim of the seminars is to improve communication and co-operation within the work group. In this connection, the psychologists from TÃœV call upon the members of the team to formulate what changes they would personally like to see made. The solutions worked out jointly can be used to reduce stress at the workplace and to promote staff health.
