My duties

As a state-recognised appraiser, I'm responsible for the acceptance tests and regular inspections on technical equipment pursuant to the North Rhine-Westphalian Technical Testing Regulations. My work isn't restricted to North Rhine-Westphalia, and the technical testing regulations differ slightly in the other federal states.
I am an engineering graduate specialising in technical building equipment, and my work involves the preparation of reports and expertises on all kinds of installations and technical work relating to technical building equipment (ventilation, sanitary, heating and air-conditioning systems).
