Qualification process for managers:

The two focuses of your personal continuing development for middle-management in our company are: the employee annual appraisal and assuming management responsibilities.

Management responsibilities: focus of your new position.

Employee management means: you take personal responsibility for your employees. We in the company take this responsibility very seriously. To ensure that you are able to exercise this responsibility in your employees’ best interests, we will support you with appropriate continuing development programmes.

You will discuss the next steps in your career with your managers:

  • Where am I now? Review of the previous year.
  • What goals have you set yourself for next year?
  • How can you achieve these goals? 

In order for you to grow with your new management duties, your manager will select continuing development schemes with you as required:

  • Introduction to business management
  • Seminar: from employee to manager 

From middle-management to senior management.

If you convince your managers of your senior management potential, you will be invited to take part in our management development programme.

Our Management Development Center for prospective senior managers:

  • Work out your individual strengths and potential for development.
  • Highlight your individual areas for development.
  • Takes the form of an Individual Assessment Centre
