TÜV Rheinland Akademie offers soldiers who have served 4, 8 or 12 years individual comprehensive guidance for a successful switch to civil professions. No "off-the-shelf" advice, simply advice that is specific to each individual soldier.
Smooth transfer into civil professions
In close cooperation with the Berufsförderungsdienst der Bundeswehr (BFD) soldiers recieve sound advice so that they can plan their chosen career paths successfully. Experienced personal developers assess your strengths and weaknesses and advise on further action. At the end of the process, you will have a personal training plan, with or without work placements.
